The Shoprite Group has opened the first standalone Medirite Plus pharmacy in the Western Cape that incorporates a beauty hall as well as an innovative Little Me shop-in-shop, making Medirite Plus Paardevlei in Somerset West a one-stop retail healthcare destination – offering expert pharmacy services and a wide range of wellness, personal care, and baby products.
The beauty hall showcases leading fragrance, make-up and skincare brands such as La Roche Posay, Skoon, Standard Beauty, Essence and D&G whilst Little Me gives parents convenient access to an extensive range of baby and toddler products including nappies and food to big ticket items like car seats and strollers.

Customers can fulfil all their pharmacy needs with qualified, professional pharmacists on duty to assist and advise. Medirite Plus accepts all major medical aids and customers can also use their Xtra Savings cards to benefit from promotions.
The pharmacy manager at Medirite Plus Somerset West Paardevlei is Mandy Armitage, and the store’s trading hours are Mondays to Sundays: 08:00 – 20:00.
