The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Shoprite Holdings (the AGM) for the year ended 29 June 2025 is scheduled to take place on Monday, 10 November 2025 at 9:00. The AGM will be held entirely by way of electronic communication.
In order to attend and participate in the AGM, shareholders are granted access to the Platform by TMS and any shareholders should contact TMS on proxy@tmsmeetings.co.za or +27 084 433 4836 / 081 711 4255 / 061 440 0654 as soon as possible, but no later than 09:00 on Thursday, 6 November 2025.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the AGM by emailing cosec@shoprite.co.za.
