Western Cape’s first in-store Starbucks opens at Checkers FreshX Stellenbosch

Checkers FreshX Stellenbosch this week opened the Western Cape’s first in-store Starbucks.

Customers can look forward to a selection of handcrafted, premium Starbucks beverages tailored to their personal needs. From their iconic espresso beverages, a variety of dairy and dairy alternatives and flavours, to their world renowned trademarked Frappuccinos, iced teas, Cold Brew and so much more.

Last month Checkers FreshX  announced it is partnering with Starbucks to bring a world-class coffee experience to its customers as the retailer continues to innovate and customise its offering through an increasingly sophisticated understanding of customers’ needs. 

With a strong emphasis on fresh food, convenience and upmarket products and experiences, the Checkers FreshX supermarkets offer customers the finest products, including hand-crafted artisanal breads and pastries from Stellenbosch-based SCHOON bakery. 

The new Starbucks at Checkers Stellenbosch follows the opening of the first in-store Starbucks in South Africa at the Checkers FreshX supermarket in Rosebank earlier this month.
