A state-of-the-art Checkers opened its doors at the new Ballito Junction Regional Mall on Thursday 23 March 2017 and promises to elevate the consumer experience through its world class in-store services.
Checkers Ballito Junction features a sit down café where customers can enjoy Foreign Ground coffee or a freshly made smoothie. It is also the first Checkers in KwaZulu-Natal with a sushi bar.
As one of the anchor tenants at this 80,000sqm mega-mall, Checkers has created more than 200 new jobs in the local community.
Checkers Ballito Junction will cater for all customers’ daily, weekly and monthly food and household requirements. Over and above a wide range of food and general merchandise such as outdoor, homeware and appliances, there are also a number of service departments including a hot and cold foods deli, bakery and a LiquorShop.
Customers can also save time by making use of the extensive services available at the in-store Money Market counter. These include making municipal or service account payments; buying national lottery, bus, airline and Computicket event tickets; and more.
Trading hours are 08:00 – 20:00 from Mondays to Sundays.
