Fundanathi Creche, located in the uMkhanyakude district of KwaZulu-Natal, is dedicated to effecting positive change by offering early childhood development services and addressing hunger among young children in the community.
In support of their work, the organisation recently received a R12 000 gift card from the Shoprite Community Network.

Creche receives toys and hygiene resources for the Shoprite Community Network.
“We are providing children with necessary resources for their education. Notably, they have access to toys and essential hygiene supplies. The parents, community, and our organisation are very grateful to Shoprite and the change it brought for our learners.”
Since 2006, the Shoprite Community Network has been assisting 12 different community organisations across South Africa every month, ranging from early childhood development centers, soup kitchens and schools.
