Across South Africa hundreds of would-be Boerewors Champions are waiting with bated breath to hear if their special recipes have been approved for the regional rounds of the 2009 Shoprite Checkers Championship Boerewors competition. Entries for this year’s competition has officially closed and it is now the task of Nataniël and his panel of food experts to, in conjunction with the South African Chefs Association (SACA), determine which entries will compete for the much sought-after Boerewors crown.
