Twitter cooking challenge with #CheckersReadyToCook

Last night (10 August 2017) Checkers hosted their very first live Twitter cooking challenge with renowned food editor and television presenter, Herman Lensing.

Food media and online influencers received a basket with a number of fresh ingredients as well as Ready to Cook lamb shanks. The challenge? To prepare a delicious dinner in the comfort of their own homes in under 35 minutes.

While the lamb shanks were heating up, participants had to prepare one or two side dishes using the ingredients received in their baskets, proving that it is indeed possible to prepare a delicious home-cooked dinner in almost no time.

There are seven quick and convenient meals in the exclusive Ready To Cook range, namely:
